You can complete your WIC nutrition education appointments online. 

Create your account: 

1. Go to wichealth.org.
2. Click Sign Up.
3. Create an account. 
4. Select Iowa for State, Woodbury for County, and Sioux City (49-1) for Clinic Location. 
5. Enter your Family ID Number (you will need to ask us for this number). 
6. Create a Username and Password. 
7. Enter your email address. 
8. Select a security question. 
9. Create a profile. 

Complete your appointment: 

1. Login to your wichealth.org account. 
2. Click Start Lesson. 
3. Choose one of the seven topics. 
4. Pick at least one lesson. 
5. Complete the selected lesson(s). 
6. Fill out the survey and click Submit.
7. Call (712) 279-6636 at your scheduled time to let us know your appointment is complete.
8. Receive your future WIC benefits.
